Monthly Challenge

Fitness is hard. Sticking with it is even harder. One of the most effective ways to keep moving forward is to set a short term goal and see how often you can reach it.

Each of us is in a different place, so our goals will be different. For someone getting started, walking ten minutes a day is a challenge. For someone who’s been at this awhile, your challenge could be reaching 10,000 steps.

Each month you’re invited to set a personal walking goal. Use this tracker to chart your progress.

When the goal is reached, you color in the footprints. Log how far you walked or how many steps you reached each day. And, the heart? That’s for days when it feels extra hard. You’re capable of doing a hard thing and those colored in hearts are proof.

There’s a new tracker for each month, so you can set a different challenge as you continue to grow your fitness capacity and momentum. The tracker will be available for the upcoming month about two weeks in advance.
