Where Are The Blog Posts?

If you recently starting following this blog, you may be wondering why you haven’t seen any posts. Or, more likely, you’ve given it no thought at all.

Either way…thank you! My guess is you have a desire to use walking as a fitness activity and any added motivation you can find is helpful…which is why you tapped the FOLLOW button for this blog.

Getting started with fitness is hard. Sticking with it is even harder. My desire is to help you build a walking habit that lasts for a long time!

Almost a year ago, I posted an article on this blog informing readers of a change. Since starting Walking is Fitness in September 2018, my focus has shifted away from the blog and towards the daily ten-minute podcast with the same name.

If I want to help others build a walking habit, it made more sense for me to also be doing what I’m encouraging you to do. In other words, each episode of Walking is Fitness is recorded while I’m out walking…just like you.

You can check out the five most recent episodes HERE. If you like what you hear and believe it could be helpful then FOLLOW the Walking is Fitness on Apple Podcasts or Spotify and each episode will be waiting on your phone when you’re ready to walk.

There’s also a Walking is Fitness YouTube channel with a new video every week. Each of the videos address a different aspect of walking for exercise. These are also filmed while I’m out walking.

The primary purpose of these videos is to invite those who are more than curious about walking to begin a new fitness journey using the podcast. If you’re curious about the videos, tap HERE.

Even though I’m no longer posting weekly blogs to this website, I still send a weekly article for those who would like a little extra written motivation. If you’d like to receive these, you can sign up here

If there’s any way I can help you, please let me know dave@walkingisfitness.com

Thanks for reading!

Dave
